SDGs are the successor to the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) established in 2001, and by 2030 described in the &#8220;2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development&#8221; adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015. It is an international goal that aims for a sustainable and better world. Consisting of 17 goals and 169 targets, it pledges to leave no one behind. The SDGs are universal, not only for developing countries, but also for developed countries themselves, and Japan is also actively working on them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sdgs1\"><img  title=\"\"
